Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us at support@getpawsecrets.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don’t need to send anything back.
Changed your mind?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we’ll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Items we can’t accept back
- Items that have been used by your pet (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
