Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Your items ship from our fulfillment partner overseas, which is how we keep prices low.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, email us at support@getpawsecrets.com and we’ll look into it right away.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
